As a nurse and midwife, IBCLC since 2008, with experience in teaching and doing research in breastfeeding topics that I am in love with. I studied Master's in science, PhD in nursing and I am still working a lot to improve my skill to promote breastfeeding. I have promoted breastfeeding support in my country since 2007, when I identified a lack of well prepared to support breastfeeding women. Then, when I started to work in a Human Milk Bank at Federal university of Sao Paulo. Since then, I started to promote the importance of having knowledge to help breastfeeding mothers and their families. After many years working in the field and doing scientific research I could promote breastfeeding in different conferences in many states of Brazil, talking about breastfeeding of many professionals as pediatrician, nurses, nutritionist, and other health areas.
